OUR Vision
To confront Tonga’s metabolic syndrome crisis comprehensively, through prevention, education, diabetes and chronic disease management, and accessible dialysis care. By addressing both the root causes and the consequences of this public health emergency, we aim to reduce suffering and transform outcomes for thousands of Tongans.
TIMELINE
Tonga Dialysis Center
By late 2026, the Tonga Dialysis Center in Veitongo, Tongatapu, near Vaiola Hospital, will give hope to those struggling with End-stage Renal failure with a five station chronic dialysis center - a place where they can go for free high quality dialysis services.
Metabolic Syndrome Clinic
We will expand our offering of health services to the Tongan people through the Metabolic Syndrome Clinic. This clinic will allow renal failure patients to obtain the treatment they need. Utilizing our team's experience from working with thousands of Tongan patients in the United States, New Zealand and Australia.
Health Education Center
We want to further the vision of Tonga Dialysis Center by adding an Education Center. We know that the empowerment of future generations comes through education. We want to provide that education as a free option for anybody who wants it so they can work to build a healthier future for themselves.
